As a graduate with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I am no stranger to hardwork. During my almost 12 year partnership with RE/MAX, I have been a Top Producer every year, have been inducted into the 100% Club, Platinium Club, and in 2005 was inducted into RE/MAX's Chairmans Club. For 2005, I was named #5 Individual Agent For All Re/Max Offices in North and South Carolina. I am proud to say that I am now a member of Re/Max's Hall Of Fame. And in 2007 I received, One of Re/Max's Hightest Honors, "The LifeTime Acheivement Award". I am married to a General Contractor, Linwood Earl Hines, Jr.DBA Superior Homes of Johnston County, Inc. Because of my professional relationship with him, I have an extensive knowledge of new construction. I work with Custom Home builders throughout Johnston and Southern Wake Counties. I am, also, well versed in the resale market with probably 60 % of my homes being Resale Homes. I have a great deal of knowledge on FHA and VA foreclosed homes; and do quite a bit of business with investors. I have access to all types of loan programs. And due to my love for horses, I have an interest in the equestrian resale market, as well. My family which includes my husband, myself, and our two children enjoy riding horses, going to the beach, and playing sports in our free time. |
